Starting a new job is exciting, but at times can be overwhelming. As a new driver, this orientation will inform you of what the company expects from you while you are out on your route, our safety procedures, communication tactics, and the best practices to have a successful experience.

After training, our Safety Policy Manual and Employee Handbook will be provided to help you get acquainted with BLH ENTERPRISE LLC, to answer many of your initial questions and to understand our expectations. The Safety Policy Manual and Employee Handbook should be always carried with you while you are under dispatch, it will be your guide for getting it right the first time, and for all manner of reference in the future.​
